Temple University reported Friday that an outside the house investigation into issues about the leadership of its college of instruction and human growth observed no violation of legislation or college plan by the dean or any individual else.
“Nevertheless, the final results demonstrate a need for advancement in the society and atmosphere in the [college],” Provost JoAnne Epps explained in a statement to the college’s college and staff members. “Everyone associated bears obligation for locating typical ground heading forward.”
A Temple spokesperson declined to elaborate on the particular problems that want advancement or say what ways, if any, Dean Gregory M. Anderson would be asked to acquire.

Although the investigation located no “evidence adequate to create a violation of legislation or distinct violation of Temple coverage,” she wrote that Temple would develop procedures to enhance communication, transparency, and society in the school.
