ERIE, Pa. — The workplace of Community and Workforce Plans and the Sector 4. Center of Excellence at Penn State Behrend will give free of charge education in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Accessibility and relevant applications that situation employees for opportunities in the Field 4. environment.
